APC reduces operational costs by 30% with Trantor

APC, a lending marketplace for franchise financing, faced a significant challenge with its previous data synchronization tool, Heroku Connect. The solution provided low return on investment and lacked transparency, creating operational inefficiencies for their bi-directional sync between Salesforce and their back-end PostgreSQL database. To overcome these limitations and reduce high costs, APC partnered with vendor Trantor to build a new solution.

Trantor implemented a new synchronization system using Amazon AppFlow to seamlessly transfer data between Salesforce and Amazon RDS. This solution supported all necessary create, update, and delete operations from both platforms. The outcome was a 30% reduction in costs from third-party tools and operational overhead, providing APC with a secure, scalable, and cost-effective solution within the AWS network.
