Arvest Premier Solutions, a division of Arvest Bank offering unsecured personal loans, was struggling to get enough consumers to apply through its direct marketing campaigns, especially in the lowest-risk tiers. It partnered with TransUnion and used CreditVision® to improve prescreen targeting with trended credit data and better identify qualified prospects.
TransUnion implemented CreditVision to analyze 30 months of consumer balance, payment, and account activity trends, helping Arvest focus on borrowers more likely to respond. The results included a 56% improvement in response over the champion strategy, up to 3x higher response in the lowest-risk segments, plus later gains of 6.5% in approvals, 4.7% in bookings, and 2.0% in average loan size.
