Amway, the global direct selling company behind brands like Nutrilite and Artistry, needed a better way to source freight across its complex worldwide supply chain. Its previous e-procurement tool was not built for transportation sourcing, making RFQs slow, labor-intensive, and difficult to manage, while onboarding new carriers was also time-consuming.
