Beverage Company, a long-established global beverage group with more than 50 premium and super premium brands sold in over 190 countries, was facing high transportation costs, unstandardized warehouse processes, weak transport control, coordination challenges across logistics teams, carriers and warehouses, long loading and unloading waits, and limited shipment visibility.
