Leading Tech Company, a large firm building AI-powered IoT devices, needed to train a video recognition app to identify faces under varied lighting and props. The project required recordings from more than 1,000 individuals across diverse ethnic, age, and gender groups and thousands of short videos in multiple setups, so the customer engaged TransPerfect (DATAFORCE by TransPerfect) for large-scale video recording and diverse data collection.

TransPerfect deployed its DATAFORCE platform, providing secure facilities and staffing through its network of 350,000 freelance workers and a global community of 1,000,000 members, running simultaneous data-collection operations in two cities to shorten the timeline. As a result, TransPerfect delivered the required large, diverse video dataset on schedule—meeting the release date—while keeping data under client control and enabling integration with client or third-party tools.
