Global Hyatt Corporation, a leading hospitality company with more than 365 Hyatt-branded hotels in 45+ countries, faced a last-minute global promotional push that required websites, email campaigns, and marketing collateral localized into seven languages while preserving Hyatt’s brand voice. To meet tight turnarounds and support needs — including desktop publishing, graphic editing, and thorough functional and linguistic QA — Hyatt engaged TransPerfect (using the GlobalLink suite and GlobalLink Content Director technology) as its language partner.

TransPerfect assigned a dedicated project manager and a team of subject-matter linguists, developed glossaries and style guides, and managed all DTP, post-localization testing, and technical support to deliver a turnkey localization solution. The work enabled Hyatt to launch multilingual Gold Passport sites and campaigns on schedule, expanded into ongoing projects localizing websites, virtual tours, reservation engines, e-concierge systems and training into 20+ languages, and produced standardized term glossaries that improved translation accuracy and efficiency — outcomes that cemented a continuing partnership with TransPerfect.
