Citrix, a leader in cloud-based, people-centric Workspace solutions, had been using TransPerfect’s OneLink technology to centralize global websites and maintain brand consistency. As their globalization strategy and tech stack evolved, Citrix wanted full ownership of language site output and to host all languages in their preferred CMS, so they moved from OneLink to TransPerfect’s Project Director — a shift that required significant internal changes (debugging, image/asset mapping, expanding page scope) while just two people managed 21 sites.

TransPerfect implemented Project Director as an automated, turnkey solution to centralize Citrix’s multilingual sites; after migrating the UK, India, and Australia sites in May, bounce rates fell 12%, time on site rose by 1:25, leads from form fills increased 44%, and conversion rates improved 132% (data as of October 2019).
