TransMedia Dynamics implemented a fully redundant archive and capture system that records in HD and SD, creates browse proxies in real time, extracts closed captions into searchable metadata, and automatically archives content to independent servers, off-site storage, and LTO tape. The solution lets members and staff search, browse, clip, and order content with little or no training, while supporting immediate access to recordings and permanent preservation of official legislative sessions.
