Leading US Aviation Company, a provider of transport, communications and security systems that delivers border management solutions worldwide, needed to roll out a 2009 airport security communications programme across multiple countries. The project required translation of a large volume of marketing, operational and technical materials from English into ten languages on a tight six‑day turnaround; TransLinguist was engaged to manage and deliver the work.

TransLinguist supervised several teams of translators and proofreaders to translate internet campaigns, airline ads, ticketing materials, on‑board magazines, audio‑visual and printed instructions, technical documents and training materials into ten languages concurrently. TransLinguist met the six‑day deadline, delivered high‑quality translations and enabled the client to have marketing materials ready for distribution across European airports, supporting the programme’s global rollout.
