The Schrafft’s City Center, a large commercial workplace campus in Boston owned and managed by the Flatley Company, needed a better way to help tenants and visitors navigate multiple commuting options across its buildings. To improve the customer experience and stay competitive, the property turned to TransitScreen for live, local transportation information.

TransitScreen implemented an app-based and screen-based transit information solution that gives people on campus real-time access to commuting options, including shuttle, rail, bus, subway, bikeshare, Zipcar, and nearby BlueBike services. As a result, The Schrafft’s City Center was able to better educate tenants and visitors, improve the commuter experience, and make transportation information easier to access throughout the campus.
