HubSpot, a leading marketing automation software serving 86,000 customers across 120 countries, needed a localization solution to match its fast-moving, global product development. Its distributed team of in-house specialists, external translators, and developers required a low-touch, integrated workflow that supported continuous localization, fast turnaround times, and clear context for translators across time zones.
Using Transifex’s API and a custom repository integration, HubSpot established a centralized hub for continuous, CI/CD-style localization with features like global “Search Strings” and web-based collaboration tools. The new workflow cut localization fixes from weeks to often under half a day, enabled simultaneous product releases across languages, and now supports HubSpot’s localization across ten global offices and hundreds of localized projects.
