Airbus VR Safety Training Study Shows 100% Learning Confidence

Transfr partnered with Airbus, the world's largest aerospace manufacturer, to explore using VR simulations for essential employee safety training at its Alabama facility. The challenge was to provide effective onboarding that keeps accidents and work stoppages down, while also evaluating the new technology's impact on learner confidence and engagement.

The solution involved augmenting in-person orientation with Transfr's VR safety training simulations. The results showed that 100% of the volunteers reported feeling confident, prepared, and satisfied with the training. Furthermore, 93% found the VR training to be more engaging than non-VR content, demonstrating to Transfr that VR is a highly effective and safe alternative to traditional methods.
