J.B. Hunt’s Intermodal division, with nearly 6,000 drivers and more than 50 terminal kiosks, faced long kiosk lines, delayed truck‑stop scans, and drivers holding paperwork—creating billing lag and forcing the accounting team to spend significant time “chasing paperwork.” To address this, J.B. Transflo implemented a companywide rollout of TRANSFLO Mobile beginning in January 2013 with short training videos and onboarding support; drivers receive instant confirmation emails after submitting documents. The result: Intermodal scanning is now 100% TRANSFLO Mobile (about 1,200 scans/day), reminder messages for late paperwork dropped 42% from ~450 to ~260 per day, billing processes sped up, and J.B. Hunt maintained imaging‑department headcount despite higher transaction volume. Transflo’s solution was widely adopted by drivers and reduced paperwork lag across the division.
