Hill Brothers Advances Driver Productivity and Safety with Transflo Telematics

Hill Brothers Transportation, an Omaha-based carrier with a modern fleet of 230 tractors, needed an ELD and telematics platform that went beyond basic compliance to improve driver workflows, productivity and safety. After evaluating options in 2020, Hill Brothers Transportation selected Transflo Telematics (including the Transflo Mobile+ app) to provide single sign-on access to training, digital forms, integrations and deeper analytics to help operations and safety teams.

Transflo implemented the Mobile+ app, Driver Scorecard, video event recorder (added January 2021) and integrated third‑party tools like premium truck navigation, enabling digital inspections, short in‑app training videos and interactive hours‑of‑service investigations. As a result, Transflo helped Hill Brothers Transportation achieve a significant decrease in accidents and incidents, target coaching on the bottom 10% of drivers via the scorecard, improve office and driver efficiency, and increase overall safety and profitability.
