Clipper Exxpress Automates Accounts Payable with TRANSFLO Document Management and Realizes Annual Savings of $250,000 to $300,000

Wheels Clipper (Clipper Exxpress), a major third‑party logistics provider, was burdened by a paper‑intensive accounts payable process where staff manually sorted, matched, stamped and routed carrier invoices. Needing a document‑imaging solution to work with its new LAN, Wheels Clipper selected Transflo and its TRANSFLO document management / Express Indexing to automate invoice capture and routing.

Transflo implemented imaging, indexing and a workflow that uploads invoice data into Wheels Clipper’s financial system and automatically creates vouchers when invoices match stored rates, with exceptions flagged for review. The automation eliminated the manual paper trail, shrank the AP team from 10–12 people to four, and produced annual savings of $250,000 to $300,000.
