Transact Campus, a higher education payments platform, needed a better way for its university clients to accept international tuition payments. Its existing process forced students out of the Transact ecosystem, split payment data across two systems, and created manual reconciliation work, high banking fees, and costly FX charges.

Using TransferMate Global Payments’ API and global payments infrastructure, Transact Campus launched Transact International Payments as a white-label, fully integrated solution for international tuition payments in multiple currencies. TransferMate enabled payments from 201 countries and 141 currencies, reduced costs, and improved transparency for students, universities, and Transact; more than 100 schools signed up within just a few months.
