HOPE International, a global nonprofit working across Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe, and Latin America, needed a more efficient way to manage international payments inside SAP Concur. Before working with TransferMate Global Payments, the team had to go outside Concur to deal directly with banks, creating manual reentry, poor payment visibility, delayed transfers, unpredictable fees, and heavy administrative effort.

TransferMate Global Payments implemented PaymentsHub, an SAP Concur App Center integration, to automate and streamline HOPE International’s international payments. The solution improved payment tracking and reconciliation, reduced manual processing time from about 15–20 minutes per bill payment to just a few minutes, and delivered better FX and wire fee rates; HOPE also reported that TransferMate’s wire fees were less than half of the bank’s. As a result, HOPE International now processes 25–30 international payments per month, with the volume expected to grow to around 40, while saving time and money.
