The solution was implemented quickly with minimal support needs and allowed users to find resources using keywords, their role, or specific categories from any device. The measurable impact was significant, with the portal receiving over 51,000 unique visitors in its first month and more than 535,300 unique individuals in its first two years, streamlining access to campus resources.
