World Market Center - Customer Case Study

World Market Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, needed HVAC and controls for its fast-growing, multi-building furniture showroom campus, including new construction phases with thousands of tons of cooling capacity and hundreds of heat pumps. As the project expanded, the customer faced a major challenge of installing thermostats and controls efficiently while preserving flexibility for future showroom reconfigurations. Trane Commercial supplied chillers, water source heat pumps, Tracer Summit automation, and wireless zone sensor thermostats to address those needs.

Trane Commercial implemented wireless zone sensor thermostats that eliminated hard wiring, reduced installation time and cost, and made it easy to relocate controls as showroom layouts changed. The customer reported that reconfiguring showrooms now takes only minutes instead of requiring new conduit or wiring, delivering significant savings after construction as well as during installation. World Market Center also praised the dependability of the Trane water source heat pumps, noting no issues and strong long-term performance.
