They partnered with Trane Commercial to find a solution that would improve indoor air quality and employee comfort while reducing energy consumption.

Trane Commercial developed the Total Kitchen HVAC system, built on their Voyager and Precedent rooftop unit platforms. This integrated system uses 100-percent outdoor air to condition the space and replace exhausted air. The solution resulted in a 35% reduction in required airflow and provided up to 25% savings on operation and maintenance costs. White Castle also achieved superior control of space humidity and temperature, creating a more comfortable environment for employees.
