U.S. Senior Open - Customer Case Study

Bruno Event Team, supporting the U.S. Senior Open in Edmond, Oklahoma, needed reliable cooling and power for 47 tents and trailers during the 2014 tournament, held in extreme summer heat that was expected to exceed 100°F. The temporary event spaces had varied needs, requiring a flexible HVAC and electrical setup.

Trane Commercial, through Trane Rental Services, provided the cooling and power solution with on-site setup, tournament support, and teardown for more than a month. Trane Commercial supplied 40 20-ton vertical units, nine 50-ton packaged units, five 35-ton packaged units, and all power distribution, using over 24,000 feet of electrical cable and distribution boxes to keep the event running smoothly through opening day and beyond.
