Louisiana Farm Bureau Federation, the state’s largest farm and ranch organization, needed better maintenance and service for its 76,000-square-foot headquarters HVAC system, which included two older reciprocating chillers and a scroll chiller. The organization was looking for a more proactive supplier, and turned to Trane Commercial for help.

Trane Commercial implemented a three-year Trane Select Service Agreement with a $5,000 cap per incident, covering planned maintenance and selected components through Trane Select Assist. The proactive approach improved service reliability, assigned a dedicated technician, and helped avoid emergency repairs; Louisiana Farm Bureau reported the agreement was “working great” and said they had not yet paid for anything beyond the maintenance agreement itself, while benefiting from reduced downtime and repair risk.
