Lincoln Harris saves $500K and boosts energy efficiency 6% with Trane Commercial

Lincoln Harris, a commercial property manager, faced the challenge of unreliable and aging HVAC infrastructure at 121 West Trade Street, with rising service costs and operational issues. They contacted Trane Commercial, a provider they had worked with previously, for a solution that would avoid the disruption and high cost of a full equipment replacement.

Trane implemented its R’newal service to rebuild the existing CenTraVac chillers and cooling towers, restoring them to original performance specifications. The solution also included upgrading to a new Tracer AdaptiView controller. This approach saved an estimated half a million dollars compared to replacement, increased system reliability, reduced maintenance costs, and delivered an estimated energy savings of over six percent. Trane also provided a five-year warranty and maintenance agreement.
