Kirchhoff Companies, an integrated real estate development, investment and management firm, needed to build a new 83,400-square-foot medical facility for Mid Hudson Medical Group that would deliver comfort for patients and doctors, stay within budget, and open quickly. To meet those goals, Kirchhoff Companies selected Trane Commercial for HVAC and controls, including an EarthWise Intelligent Variable Air System.

Trane Commercial implemented IntelliPak rooftop units, VAV boxes, a Tracer SC building automation system, and Air-Fi wireless technology to streamline installation and improve communications. The result was a fully functional, patient-ready facility completed within one year, with improved comfort, indoor air quality, reduced installation time and labor cost, and reliable system operation.
