The solution involved installing three Trane CenTraVac water-cooled chillers, new heat pumps, and a Tracer Summit automation system. Trane Commercial's integrated design reduced the chiller plant's energy consumption to approximately 0.55 kW per ton. This optimized system cut the resort's annual electricity use by 20%, saving 2,400,000 kWh and reducing peak demand by 400 kW.
