Trane Commercial implemented remote monitoring, alarm response, and building performance analysis to match HVAC operation to auditorium schedules and reduce wasted energy. The results included improved guest comfort, more than $830,000 in annual energy cost avoidance, over $1.1 million in service cost avoidance, and total annual savings of more than $1.9 million, with 39% of critical alarms resolved remotely.
