Trane Commercial redesigned the aging warehouse’s HVAC system, using Trane® CenTraVac™ centrifugal chillers, a Trane® Tracer™ Ensemble cloud-based building management system, and ongoing energy and service support. The solution cut capital first costs by more than $250,000, reduced life cycle costs by over $1.3 million over 20 years, reduced mechanical assets by 50%, and freed up 3,500 square feet of usable space.
