Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center partnered with **Trane Commercial** to address growing cooling demands, the need for chiller redundancy, and the desire to replace a patchwork of aging controls from multiple vendors. The medical center also wanted to improve energy efficiency across its chilled water plant while maintaining reliable operations for a critical healthcare facility.

**Trane Commercial** added a 500-ton Trane CenTraVac chiller with Adaptive Frequency drive, retrofitted the building automation system with Trane Tracer SC controls, and implemented VFDs and other plant optimization measures to improve chilled water and condenser water performance. The project exceeded the chiller plant kWh savings target by 150+ percent, cut costs by nearly $187,000, and earned $304,250 in utility incentives.
