VSP Optics Group, a division of VSP Global, supports a nationwide provider network of more than 34,000 offices and needed a way for a one-person training team to scale learning to over 800,000 staff. The challenge was to rapidly deliver consistent product and service training to opticians, ophthalmologists, assistants, and managers across a large, distributed network.
Mindflash provided an intuitive, cloud-based, Salesforce-compatible LMS with a branded portal and 26 courses, plus a real-time dashboard for tracking logins, progress, and completions by role. As a result VSP exceeded its training goal by 350%—with 320 completions in the first six months and thousands more since—adopting Mindflash as its primary external training channel and earning strong trainee praise.
