Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences, a nonprofit health sciences university in Washington, needed better visibility into performance review data across departments and different review timelines. The university used Trakstar Perform for reviews and employee surveys, but wanted deeper analytics to compare scores, percentiles, and goals more effectively.

Trakstar’s Insights for Perform gave Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences a flexible dashboard to organize review data, filter by archive dates, and compare departments by score distribution and percentiles. As a result, Lori Fulton was able to spot one group with scores far below other departments and raise it with leadership, helping the university align performance measures across teams.
