Alegeus Technologies, a leading provider of employer benefits administration software with 550+ employees across Boston, Milwaukee, and Orlando, relied on live webinars for new-employee and customer training. That approach made content creation slow and difficult, suffered from low attendance and workplace interruptions, offered only dense video recordings that limited retention, and provided no alternative materials for different learning styles.

In 2015 Alegeus moved internal and external training to Mindflash, letting their trainer quickly build modular, multimedia courses that trainees can take at their own pace and alongside a beta version of the software.
