Uber Mexico faced a growing training challenge: what began as one-on-one quality sessions for drivers moved to larger group meetings, but in-person training couldn’t scale as driver numbers surged. The company needed an easy-to-use, scalable way to deliver consistent onboarding and quality education to thousands — and soon tens of thousands — of driver partners each week.
Using Mindflash, Uber’s Operations team converted existing PowerPoint materials into web-based courses, added quizzes to measure retention and surveys for feedback, and made content available on desktop and mobile. The program now delivers consistent, measurable training at scale — about 4,000 course completions per week (with over 13,000 mobile completions in three months and peaks of up to 30,000 in a single week) — and has become the most robust Uber program in the region, expanding to other Latin American countries.
