GoEngineer, a top reseller of engineering software in North America, needed a better way to train a growing, distributed sales and support team across ten states. With Tyler Haggin managing training, the company wanted a cloud-based solution that could repurpose existing materials, support remote learning, and measure knowledge retention. GoEngineer chose Trakstar Learn to help address those challenges.

Trakstar Learn was implemented to turn live training into weekly refresher courses delivered through PowerPoint-based lessons and quizzes, integrated with GoEngineer’s Yammer intranet. With Trakstar, GoEngineer created 14 courses with 176+ completions from 34 trainees, streamlined training to save about 10 hours per month, and supported the doubling of its sales and support staff.
