Bristlecone Holdings is a fast‑growing consumer and B2B finance technology company that provides point‑of‑sale financing across five retail verticals and works with about 3,000 retailers serving 55,000 customers. The company struggled to onboard and train thousands of retailers quickly and consistently—retailers were often unavailable during business hours, onboarding was poor, and customers weren’t getting a clear understanding of the financing platform.
Mindflash delivered six online courses for Bristlecone’s OneRoad Lending brand that retailers can take anytime, with easy content upload and administration and built‑in compliance tracking. The program trained three sales reps to administer the platform, became the system of record for the brand, saved the equivalent of one full‑time trainer, and saw 772 of 850 retailers complete training in the first six months; it is now being rolled out to the other brands.
