Ascena Builds Fast, Effective Vendor Training With Mindflash

Ascena Retail Group, a leading specialty retailer, needed a fast and effective way to train more than 120 vendors worldwide as it expanded Bamboo Rose across multiple brands. The company required a straightforward, user-friendly solution for product development, order management, logistics, and invoicing training, and turned to Trakstar’s learning management platform, Mindflash.

Trakstar implemented Mindflash as Ascena Retail Group’s vendor training solution, creating a collaborative process for course review and delivery to global suppliers. The program reached more than 400 users across 120 vendors, was adopted by five Ascena brands, and helped improve supply chain flow while keeping support and maintenance low.
