Alegeus Technologies, a leading provider of employer benefits administration software with 550+ employees across Boston, Milwaukee, and Orlando, relied on live webinars for onboarding and customer training. That approach was time-consuming for trainer Hesh Shorey, suffered from low attendance and frequent interruptions, produced dense recordings with poor retention, and offered only video content with no materials to support different learning styles.

In 2015 Alegeus moved internal and external training to Mindflash, enabling Hesh to build modular, multimedia courses in a few hours, upload PowerPoints, videos and PDFs, and let learners pause and resume training while practicing on a beta system.
