Unilever Food Solutions Sales Team Uses Mindflash

Unilever Food Solutions, the foodservice arm of Unilever that supplies brands like Knorr and Hellmann’s to customers in 74 countries, faced a major training challenge: a widely distributed and highly specialized salesforce across Canada and the U.S. needed frequent, tailored training but couldn’t be brought together easily. Existing phone-based meetings and hard-to-find materials made reinforcement difficult and time-consuming.

Unilever implemented Mindflash to create multiple course variants and launch UFS‑University, a continuing-education program used by roughly 250 trainees and managed by a small content team. The platform lets trainers upload, edit, copy, stagger, and track courses and activity submissions. Results include five course series (about 30 courses total), reduction of review calls from 90 to 30 minutes, and higher sales-team satisfaction due to easier access and time savings.
