Uber trains thousands of drivers every week

Uber Mexico faced a scaling challenge: as the number of driver partners grew from one-on-one sessions to thousands, in-person training became impractical. The company needed an easy-to-use, scalable way to deliver consistent driver education to thousands (and eventually tens of thousands) per week.

Uber adopted Mindflash, converting live-session PowerPoints into web-based courses with quizzes and surveys for measurable learning and continuous improvement. Courses are accessible on desktop and mobile, enabling rapid rollout; the program now delivers thousands of course completions weekly (about 4,000 per week) and achieved over 13,000 mobile completions within three months, becoming the region’s most robust Uber training program.
