Mindflash Helps Capital Women’s Care To Streamline Training

Capital Women’s Care, a large OB/GYN practice with more than 30 locations, needed a better way to manage rapidly growing training demands caused by new healthcare regulations, HIPAA requirements, and its EHR rollout. With staff spread across locations and limited access to computers, the organization turned to Trakstar Learn’s Mindflash product for a flexible, self-paced online training solution.

Trakstar Learn implemented Mindflash to let Capital Women’s Care launch courses quickly, reuse existing training materials, and deliver consistent instruction across the organization. The program grew to dozens of courses and more than 600 trainees, helping CWC scale training without adding full-time trainers, reduce costs, and improve staff performance with better compliance tracking, reporting, and mobile access.
