GoEngineer, a leading North American reseller of engineering software, supports a distributed sales and support team across ten states that must retain a large volume of technical and process knowledge. With one inside sales manager, Tyler Haggin, responsible for training, the company needed a cloud-based, remote solution that could deliver repetitive refresher courses and provide measurable feedback to improve long-term knowledge retention.

GoEngineer implemented Mindflash alongside one week of live onboarding, breaking key concepts into PowerPoint refresher courses and quizzes (including multiple choice and drag-and-drop) delivered over several weeks and integrated with their Yammer intranet. The program produced 14 courses with 176 completions from 34 trainees, saved about 10 hours of work per month, and enabled GoEngineer to double the size of its sales and support staff.
