Bluebeam Software, a market leader in PDF creation and collaboration for the architecture, engineering and construction industries, relied on in-person training to enable its reseller network but found live sessions and hour-long webinars increasingly difficult to schedule as the company grew. The challenge was to deliver flexible, scalable partner training that would engage resellers without burdening sales staff.
Bluebeam implemented Mindflash’s on-demand, three-tier video curriculum—ranging from product overviews to advanced vertical use cases—paired with gift-card and prize incentives to drive participation. The program trained more than 4,000 resellers, produced sales increases of roughly 2x to 4x (Tier 1 up 100%, Tier 3 up 400%), and cut staff time by automating course delivery, tracking and reporting.
