Ascena Builds Fast, Effective Vendor Training With Mindflash

Ascena Retail Group, a national specialty retailer operating about 4,900 stores and multiple apparel brands, needed a fast, scalable way to train more than 120 global vendors after expanding its use of the Bamboo Rose sourcing platform. With vendor factories across Asia and Central America, the company required a straightforward, easy-to-deploy solution for training on product development, order management, logistics and invoicing.

Ascena chose Mindflash as its vendor learning management solution: courses created by an e-learning vendor are loaded into Mindflash for collaborative review and then delivered to vendors worldwide. Adopted by five Ascena brands, the program has trained 400+ users across 120 vendors, resulting in smoother supply-chain transactions, happier vendors, and strong ongoing support from the Mindflash Customer Success team.
