AIMS360 Onboards Customers with Mindflash

AIMS360 (AIMS) is a Los Angeles–based provider of apparel ERP and iPad apps used by over 5,000 manufacturers, wholesalers, and importers to manage inventory, orders, production, sales, accounting, and distribution. As the company grew, training every new customer and onboarding client employees became repetitive and time-consuming, causing wasted workforce hours, scheduling headaches, and trainer burnout.

Training Director Scott Allen implemented live-streamed in-person sessions and self-paced courses on Mindflash—complete with videos, quizzes, and clear training points—to standardize onboarding and make training available across time zones (including Australia, Italy, and Spain). The change reduced help-desk tickets, let customers learn at their own pace, and created new revenue by selling advanced training while freeing support teams to focus on higher-value customer success work.
