How Ernst & Young Used Personalization to Attract University Student Applicants

Ernst & Young (EY) needed a better way to attract university student applicants in a highly competitive recruiting market, where students had more options than ever and traditional recruiting methods were losing effectiveness. To stand out, EY worked with Traitify, using its 90-second image-based career discovery tool to create a more personalized candidate experience.

Traitify helped EY build a branded career discovery assessment that gave students personalized insights and matched their personality data to relevant EY job categories and career sites. The approach drove a 21.9% increase in completed applications, 9,908 career site visits, and 299,767 social media impressions, while also encouraging students to share their results and amplify EY’s recruiting reach.
