Whitemarsh was in need of a way to share GIS Data to non-GIS users and upgrade their Permit and Codes software

Whitemarsh, PA needed a way to share GIS data with non‑GIS users and to upgrade its Permit and Codes software. TRAISR was engaged, providing TRAISR’s easy GIS for Planning & Zoning and extending capabilities to the Building & Permits department so they could modernize workflows and move away from paper-based processes.

TRAISR implemented a web‑based GIS and electronic permitting solution using modules such as Asset Central, Permit Central and Work Central, adding inspections, complaints/violations tracking, monthly reporting and mailing label generation. As a result, TRAISR enabled Whitemarsh to go paperless with a built‑in approval process, share GIS data without purchasing expensive desktop software, and streamline permitting, inspection and reporting workflows.
