A TRAISR Case Study
Upper Dublin Township faced a high-volume permitting workload and needed a work management solution that could support multiple departments. TRAISR was implemented, with heavy use of the Permit CentrI and Work CentrI modules, to give office staff better detail management and real-time visibility into field inspections across departments like Fire and Public Works.
TRAISR delivered a web-based GIS and mobile inspection platform plus asset, parcel/land-use, permitting and field data collection capabilities to centralize workflows. The township now gets up-to-the-minute inspection status and detailed reports, enabling faster, more accurate permit processing and improved service to residents thanks to TRAISR’s reporting and field-data tools.
