Solebury Township started using Traisr simply as a way to give their staff access to their GIS data for asset management, and then their needs shifted

Solebury Township engaged TRAISR to solve cross‑departmental technology and data challenges, including permit and inspection tracking, sharing functionality and costs across departments, building a digital data inventory, and coordinating with outside agencies. The Township initially adopted TRAISR’s Asset Centrl module to give staff access to GIS data for asset management.

TRAISR delivered parcel/land‑use mapping, construction permitting, mobile inspections and field data collection via Asset Centrl, Permit Centrl and Inspection Centrl, enabling in‑office and field management of bridges and roadways and adding Permit Centrl for code enforcement and zoning. The phased implementation helped Solebury Township consolidate its technology stack, reduce reliance on outdated systems, improve data sharing and operational efficiency, and better react to staffing and workflow changes.
