North Fayette Township needed a more user-friendly, reliable system for managing permits and inspections, plus a way to use GIS without expensive desktop software and to present material to meet MS4 standards. TRAISR was engaged, delivering web-based GIS and modules such as Work Centrl and Permit Centrl to address permitting, inspections, lien certificates and code violation tracking.
TRAISR implemented a combination of web-based GIS, Work Centrl work orders and Permit Centrl electronic permitting (inspections, lien certificates, code violations), along with monthly reporting and mailing labels. As a result, North Fayette completed numerous catch basin inspections to help mitigate MS4 compliance pressure, improved inspection scheduling and maintenance tracking through Permit Centrl, and streamlined permit and reporting workflows.
