Lower Moreland, PA partnered with TRAISR to modernize permit and inspection management, using TRAISR’s web-based GIS for zoning, MS4 mapping, and locating new features throughout the township. The Township’s main challenges were the need for more efficient permitting and a way to use GIS capabilities without buying expensive desktop software.

TRAISR delivered Permit Central and Asset Central with web-based GIS, electronic permitting and inspections, monthly reporting, and mailing label functionality. As a result, TRAISR centralized asset and stormwater infrastructure mapping, streamlined permitting and inspection workflows, reduced administrative overhead, and avoided the cost of standalone GIS software while improving MS4 mapping and reporting visibility.
