Hatfield Township - Customer Case Study

Hatfield Township engaged TRAISR to solve multiple operational challenges: managing infrastructure assets, creating and distributing permits to residents and contractors, using GIS without purchasing expensive desktop software, and tracking parcels/addresses for new development. Hatfield implemented TRAISR’s Asset Centri and Permit Centri modules (along with Work Centri and Fleet Centri capabilities) to provide an all‑in‑one asset and permit management platform.

TRAISR deployed web‑based GIS with document management (including ArcGIS Online sync), electronic permitting and inspections, monthly reporting, mailing label generation, and support for building and fire inspections. The TRAISR implementation migrated Hatfield’s existing permit types, expanded and streamlined permitting workflows, enabled mobile viewing of assets and parcel tracking for new development, and consolidated multiple systems into a single, easy‑to‑use solution with quicker onboarding and ongoing support from the TRAISR team.
